How soon should we book you?
ASAP. For prime wedding dates, most couples book me an average of 8-12 months out from their event. To make sure everyone has an amazing experience, I limited the amount of weddings I take on per year. Once I’ve reached that goal, I close my books.
Where do you provide coverage?
Worldwide. I’m based in Colorado and frequently travel. No matter where your wedding is, I’ll be there! No travel fees anywhere in Colorado or southern Wyoming.
What do your wedding packages include?
All of my wedding, elopement and engagement photography packages include all of the keepers from your event in a private, online gallery. They are all delivered in full resolution and edited and color-corrected to ensure they look their best. I also have traditional prints, canvas prints, wedding albums, and more options available.
We’re a bit camera shy and we’re not good at posing ourselves. Is that a problem?
Absolutely not. In fact, almost every couple that walks through our door has this same concern but never fear – I’m a professional! Because I do this full time, I’m an expert at making couples look and feel natural. We have a ton of fun on our photo sessions and this fun, relaxed style of shooting I have translates incredibly well in photographs.
What happens if you get sick or get attacked by a moose and can’t make our wedding?
In the past 15 years, I have only had to miss one wedding and that was due to me contracting Covid. In an emergency situation, I will contact my expansive list of professional photographers and find you a suitable replacement. I will also offer a makeup portrait session and still handle the editing of all your images.
Can we see some full wedding-day galleries?
Absolutely. Let me know, and I’d be happy to send you some examples of some complete weddings I’ve captured from start to finish.
Do you double book dates?
Absolutely not. As soon as you lock me in for your wedding, I block off my entire calendar for the day in case you need to make timeline adjustments.
How many photos can we expect?
On average, I deliver about 50-75 photos per coverage hour. For most 8 hour weddings, this comes out to around 550 photos. You’re going to struggle to pick which ones you love to hang around your house!
Do you offer printed wedding albums?
I offer printed albums in my “Marbella” & “Telluride” collection, and they are available as an add-on for any other package.
What kind of equipment do you use? Do you have back-up equipment in the case of a malfunction?
I shoot with Nikon cameras and use some of the best photography equipment in the industry. Specifically, my cameras of choice are the Nikon Z9 & Z8 with a variety of professional lenses and lighting equipment. In the event of a malfunction, backup cameras, lenses, and lights are always brought to the event.
Do you offer videography services as well?
YES! I actually have a large team of videographers under a different name.
