Occasions at Laguna Village Wedding

It was great to fly back to Orange County to shoot my second Laguna Beach Wedding of the year. As a Denver destination wedding photographer, I get the opportunity to fly all over the West Coast to shoot a variety of weddings and events. For those who have never been to Occasions at Laguna Village, the venue is right on the beach in Downtown Laguna, and looks towards the north; it’s a spectacular view and an awesome place to have a beach wedding. After the ceremony, we took the bridal party down to the beach to take some photos. The reception lasted through the night at the same location where Robin and Mark exchanged their vows. With a beautiful sunset and ocean breeze, we ended the night capturing unforgettable moments of their friends and family dancing and celebrating. This weekend’s wedding was at Occasions at Laguna Village with my bride and groom Robin and Mark. They were such a pleasure to work with and the whole day couldn’t have gone better! We started out taking photos of Robin and her bridesmaids at her mom’s house in South Laguna while my second photographer Oliver was hanging out with the guys at their hotel. Their house had fantastic views of the beach and had large bay windows that provided some amazing ambient light. I spent a good majority of the morning capturing as many details and emotions as Robin and her bridesmaids prepared for the big moment. Afterwards we headed down to the beach and got some photos by the ocean. The ceremony site at Occasions is located right on a cliff overlooking the ocean in downtown Laguna Beach and has some of the best ocean views in all of Orange County. The ceremony and reception both take place on the patio below Occasions and is a great setting for photos.
