Whenever a couple asks me to take them to a unique location for their wedding and engagement photos, I’m always up for an adventure. For this “adventure session” Jesse and Alyssa wanted to go the beach so I hopped on a plane and headed to Orange County! We started taking photos in Newport Beach on the peninsula and walked around exploring. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of it, but we even saw a big whale breaching just yards off the shoreline by Newport Pier – an absolutely fantastic sight. Afterwards we wanted to catch the sunset at Laguna Beach so we headed down to one of my favorite, secluded locations that I’ve shot at the past. We were able to capture some amazing colors in the sky and arrived just at the right time to get some romantic shots of the two of them. The beach certainly is an amazing spot to visit and am looking forward to visiting it again this summer for a wedding.
